The Gospels contain the very words of Jesus Christ saying that HE WAS GOD in the flesh. Since this is a new category on this website, we are just beginning to show the words of Jesus Christ and we begin with a few verses, much more to follow:Â
♦
Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? (John 14:9)
♦
The woman saith unto him, I know that Messias cometh, which is called Christ: when he is come, he will tell us all things. (John 4:25) Jesus saith unto her, I that speak unto thee am he. (John 4:26)
♦
Jesus heard that they had cast him out; and when he had found him, he said unto him, Dost thou believe on the Son of God? (John 9:35) He answered and said, Who is he, Lord, that I might believe on him? (John 9:36) And Jesus said unto him, Thou hast both seen him, and it is he that talketh with thee. (John 9:37)
♦
But Jesus answered them, My Father worketh hitherto, and I work. (John 5:17) Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God. (John 5:18)
♦
I and my Father are one. (John 10:30)Â Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. (John 10:31)Â Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me? (John 10:32)Â The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God. (John 10:33)
